This policy explains what information Prism collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with. Prism is a mobile app that generates marketing images from text prompts. We keep this short and specific so you always know what happens with your data.

Who we are

Prism ("Prism," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent mobile application. This policy applies to the Prism iOS app and any related services. By using Prism, you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect

Information you provide

Prompts and text. The descriptions and any text you type to generate an image.
Style and format selections. The presets, styles, and aspect ratios you choose.

Information created as you use Prism

Generated images. The images Prism produces from your prompts.
Account identifiers. An anonymous account is created automatically so the app can save your work and track your generation credits. This does not require your name or email.
Usage records. Basic records such as when a generation was made and how many credits remain.

Prism does not ask for your name, phone number, contacts, precise location, or payment card details within the app.

How your data is shared

To create images, Prism sends your prompts — and any text you provide — to third-party AI services. This sharing is essential to the core function of the app, and it is disclosed to you in the app before any generation occurs.

Anthropic

Interprets and expands your text prompt. Your prompt text is processed by Anthropic to produce a refined description for image generation.

fal.ai

Generates the image. The refined prompt is sent to fal.ai, which returns the generated image.

Supabase

Provides authentication and backend storage. Your anonymous account, consent record, and generation history are stored using Supabase.

These providers process your inputs to deliver the results you request. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies. We share only what is needed to produce your images and operate the app.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data.
We do not use your prompts or images to advertise to you.
We do not share your data with third parties except the service providers listed above, or where required by law.

How we use your data

To generate the images you request.
To save your creations and show them back to you in the app.
To operate features such as generation credits.
To maintain the security and reliability of the service.

Data retention

Your prompts, generated images, and account records are retained while your account is active so the app can function and show your history. You may request deletion of your data at any time using the contact below. Data held by our service providers is retained according to their own policies.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Because Prism uses an anonymous account, please make requests from the device where you use the app so we can locate the correct records.

Children

Prism is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through Prism, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Prism evolves — for example, if we add or change an AI provider. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will ask you to review the disclosure again in the app.
